About the incubator
Welcome to our incubator
IEFF - Business Incubator of Figueira da Foz - Business Development Association, is a private, non-profit association, established on November 26, 2002 with the purpose of creating and managing a Business Incubation Center based on technology or services of value added, located in the Industrial and Business Park of Figueira da Foz.
Goals
IEFF's mission is to contribute to the development, dynamization and rejuvenation of the corporate fabric of the municipality of Figueira da Foz and the region where it is inserted, by supporting the constitution, installation and development of new technological and / or industrial based companies , or acting in the area of services with significant added value, providing them with adequate technical and physical conditions. Currently we stand out as Incubator of the sea and industry trying to develop and support new projects in this area.

RIERC - INCUBATORS NETWORK OF COMPANIES IN THE CENTRAL REGION
INCUBATORS NETWORK OF COMPANIES IN THE CENTRAL REGION of which IEFF is a member. It is an initiative of the CEC - Center Business Council that appears in the Central Region of Portugal with the aim of supporting all those who wish to develop entrepreneurial initiatives, and which adds 15 Incubators of Companies headquartered in the Central Region.
RNI - NATIONAL NETWORK OF INCUBATORS
RNI - National Network of Incubators, of which IEFF is a member. Its purpose is to identify, map and interconnect existing incubators and accelerators in the country, created by universities, scientific and technological centers, municipalities, private companies or foreign entities.
CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DA FIGUEIRA DA FOZ
Câmara Municipal da Figueira da Foz has always been following the Figueira da Foz Incubator project, providing the municipal saltworks with the objective of promoting the incubation of companies associated with the economy of the sea.
UN GLOBAL COMPACT
Global Compact Portugal, of which IEFF is a member. This is an initiative in the area of corporate citizenship and is based on ten fundamental Principles on the areas of human rights, labor practices, environmental protection and anti-corruption, and aims to promote the public and voluntary commitment of companies to comply with them.
ACIFF - COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION OF FIGUEIRA DA FOZ
ACIFF - Commercial and Industrial Association of Figueira da Foz, is a business association that covers the whole region, and the promotion of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is a pillar of the association's performance. It is the main driver of the activity of the Incubator.
UNIVERSITY OF COIMBRA
University of Coimbra installed in the Incubator an advanced laboratory of the Polo de Coimbra MARE, designated by Marefoz, whose purpose is to support the sustainable development and technological innovation of companies and the activities of the municipality and the Incubator.
