Physical Incubation

The IEFF - Business Incubator of Figueira da Foz provides to the entrepreneurs an Incubation Program that includes physical facilities associated to a set of services that allows the companies to start their activity with a reduced initial investment, creating an encouraging and facilitating environment in the process of business creation. We have our own facilities that correspond to a large and high-quality physical space with the capacity to provide entrepreneurs with all the physical and technological conditions necessary for the development of their activity. 

Industry Modules 

The Industrial Incubation Modules give companies the simplified possibility of obtaining Industrial Licensing. Facilities include water, gas and compressed air network and also changing rooms / changing rooms and medical office. Industrial incubation includes: 

  • 1 incubationmodule with 50 m2 with a basic kit of office furniture,
  • Autonomous telephone line and internet access,
  • Tax and postal domicile,
  • Reception service that includes telephone answering and reception of mail,
  • Support to the constitution and legalization of companies,
  • Management services,
  • Marketing services,
  • Legal advisory services,
  • Product and service development,
  • Financing services,
  • Availability of common meeting rooms, training rooms and auditorium,
  • Presence on the IEFF website with technical data sheet, logo and connection for company website,
  • Disclosure at company events, preferential access to professional training actions organized by ACIFF / IEFF.

 Service offices 

Incubation spaces Services are modular, have access to a set of shared facilities such as the toilet, locker rooms, reception and dining room and are an integral part of the building. Industrial incubation includes: 

  • 1 module ofincubation with 25 m2 with a basic kit of office furniture,
  • autonomous telephone line and internet access,
  • tax and postal address,
  • reception service that includes telephone answering and reception of the mail,
  • support to the constitution and legalization of the companies,
  • management services,
  • marketing services,
  • legal advisory services,
  • product and service development,
  • financing services,
  • availability of common meeting rooms, training rooms and auditorium,
  • presence on the IEFF web portal with technical data sheet, logo and connection for company website,
